Jacob Taylor Bixenman was born on May 27, 1994, in Orange County, California. Following his parents' divorce during his early years, he was raised by his mother, Carrie Diaz. He has two siblings: an older sister, Angelina Fisher, and an older brother, Taylor Bixenman, who passed away in January 2018. In tribute to his late brother, Jacob has a tattoo of the name "Tay" on his finger. ​

Jacob pursued higher education at the University of Southern California, majoring in English. ​

Jacob's modeling career commenced after participating in a VMan modeling competition, leading to his signing with Ford Models. He has since been represented by prominent agencies, including IMG Models in New York, Paris, Milan, London, and Los Angeles, as well as Elite Spain in Barcelona. ​
